Designing in season
As a Fleurich designer, you’ll work with locally grown, in-season flowers, sourced directly from Canadian farms.
Each collection is guided by what is naturally available — encouraging a design approach that is intuitive, flexible, and rooted in the moment.
This is not production-based floristry.
It’s slower, more intentional, and deeply connected to the materials.
Who We’re Looking For
Designers who:
Have a strong sense of form, movement, and composition
Appreciate seasonal, locally grown flowers
Work with care and attention to detail
Are open to collaboration and evolving design direction
Value quality over quantity
Formal training is welcome, but not required — we’re drawn to thoughtful work and a refined eye.
Let’s Work Together
Designers collaborate on a per-collection or seasonal contract basis, depending on availability and season.
Work may include:
Arranging seasonal bouquets and collections
Assisting with preparation and packaging
Contributing to creative direction and styling
All collaborations are paid and structured with respect for your time and craft.
